Neighborhood Services Department (NSD)

The Neighborhood Services Department helps Phoenix neighborhoods stay safe, healthy, and welcoming. NSD works with residents to preserve and revitalize communities, connect them with city programs and services, and bring neighbors together through ideas and activities.

NSD also addresses blight issues - like property maintenance concerns - that can affect safety, property values, and community. The team provides support and programs to help property owners achieve compliance and keep Phoenix neighborhoods strong.
